post run ponytail removal. Haven’t brushed or washed my hair in 48 hours. It’s been in a hardhat for two days, and sweat through climbing, work, lifting, and running. This is officially my new hairdo routine. Never wasting my money or time on products again haha

i was told yesterday my wrists are like completely bent while benching
and when i tried to do it with them straight,i physically could not lift
a) does this really actually matter to my bench
b) what the hell is wrong with my wrists if it does haha
